Reclamation
Onsite oil purification eliminates the need for new oil by removing solids, water and other liquids and gases. We can perform oil purifications while machines are operating with real-time particle counts and moisture percentages. Our equipment is capable of 300 to 3000 GPH and an oil viscosity of ISO 22-680.
Clean oil is vital in extending equipment life. With our filtration methods, we can achieve cleanliness levels at or below ISO 15/13/10.
We offer oil analysis on a routine basis or as a predictive maintenance measure. Our tests are designed to specifically match the equipment we are testing.
We are proud to offer you vibration analysis monitoring either onsite or remote.
We offer onsite audits of fluids, plant surveys and product application recommendations.
We offer a variety of training for employees. This includes basic lubrication, electric motor courses, how to interpret oil analysis results and reliability based lubrication.
